Why this pathway exists
Generic friendliness is not knowledge. A system may retrieve facts and still misunderstand the person if it cannot distinguish expression, observation, assessment, inference, and old information.
Phase One establishes a research position. It does not claim a deployed care system, clinical authority, or a finished product.
