Why this pathway exists
The credible first build is a bounded, non-embodied continuity prototype. Embodiment, market entry, partnership, and provision each need their own evidence threshold.
Humanoid spectacle makes the body look like the invention. The research reverses that order and asks what can be proved first in software, what embodiment changes, and how provision can avoid captivity.
Phase One establishes a research position. It does not claim a deployed care system, clinical authority, or a finished product.

Questions carried forward
What this folder does not pretend to settle.
01
What is the smallest prototype capable of testing continuity and model replacement?
02
Which partners can evaluate without converting vulnerable people into product material?
03
Which provision structures can survive supplier exit and preserve access?

Bring another form of knowledge
Bring perspective to the work.
We welcome careful dialogue concerning Assistive-technology teams, responsible AI and robotics researchers, public or community bodies, service organisations, interoperability specialists, and aligned funders.
Please do not send children’s records or sensitive care data in an initial enquiry.
Begin with the research question and the perspective you bring.
